Analytics regarding Text Messaging/SMS
SMS text messaging is a huge part of our business. I would like to see analytics reporting like we have it for phone calls around SMS to be able to track that KPI per user group and employee.
SMS Adoption and Usage analytics are now available in Adoption and Usage portal as a new tab since May 2026.
SMS in Business Analytics with more advanced KPIs is coming by end of Q3, 2026

We would love to have analytics on our user's SMS activity similar to what we have now for phone call analytics.

The ability to run report on SMS activities by the users. Report on SMS received / sent / failed per user and drill down to phone numbers. Just like how our Performance reports is right now but this time for SMS.This customer is a potential 300 user account and signed up for 60 for now due to lack of native SMS reporting.
