Generate a report on a date range but only on specific time of the day
Please have an option in Analytics to generate a report for a date range but the result should only display calls on a specific timeframe for each day. For example, generate a report for January 7 - January 14 but the result should only display calls from 7 AM to 12 NN

I would love to have this report so that I can calculate the amount of work that occurs after house to help calculate my compensation to staff.

Agree, this works for a report where i can include our business hours. However, I hope there's an option for a 30-minute interval, like 9 AM to 5:30 PM.

This detail is crucial to obtain the correct reporting metrics, please have this tested in UAT and released to production so we can get the reporting correct. At the moment not having this detail throws out the reports so its almost pointless running reports until this functionality becomes available.

Yes! Totally agree, A report where I can add our business hours and pull only for week days rather than pulling the entire week would be ideal.

I would agree. I would also like to see it specify the days of the week (Monday - Friday) as opposed to doing all 7 days.

Allow to filter to specific times with midnight in the middle. I.E. 9PM to 7AM
