allow administrators to edit all live report, public and private
Currently super admins cannot edit live reports created by others, or see someone's private live reports board. It make it tough to manage.

We have a live reports dashboard created by a former team member. I am unable to edit it or remove it because it says the owner is "Unknown User." Ring Central support has told me the owner can only delete it. I do not know why a super admin would not be able to delete it. Hopefully, they will update this.

There are many core features of a phone system missing from RingCentral and many issues that just don't make sense. This is one of them! Please fix this, it is after-all an easy fix.
