An error occurred while saving the comment Roger commentedWe have a live reports dashboard created by a former team member. I am unable to edit it or remove it because it says the owner is "Unknown User." Ring Central support has told me the owner can only delete it. I do not know why a super admin would not be able to delete it. Hopefully, they will update this.

An error occurred while saving the comment Roger commentedWe are in the midst of a merger and need to update the username/email of all our users to a new domain. This bulk feature would be very helpful and time-saving especially since we have to make this change for over 500 people.

An error occurred while saving the comment Roger commentedI am surprised this is not an option. This should be standard for every license. The need to re-record the Voicemail greeting every time you want to change it is a HUGE waste of time. PLEASE add this feature ASAP!!!

It seems odd that we can block full phone numbers but not 5-digit numbers. We use message-only extensions with numbers tied to them and get at least ten spam messages per day. Half of these come from 5-digit numbers. It would be great if we could block those as well.
