    This feature would be a setting to the Call Queue and Groups. It would enable groups to change their incoming ring tones. For example, we have a New York group that has the main company number where we would want the ring tone to be different than when people call our individual numbers. That way we can quickly differentiate when someone needs us directly or is calling generally. (Note: ring settings set for common and direct number do not work on physical phone, only uses direct number ringtone instead of the company number (Common ring tone)) (Yealink T54W phones)

    You give the ability to add co-recipients to Voicemail box however not to Faxes, yet you have a place to add the co-recipient which is deceiving. We should have the basic ability to add all our users to be able to see the Fax extension and get notifications via email

    Need ability to add all our users to our fax notification email so they know when customers send them faxes

    We need to have all our phones ring at once to make sure the right person picks up. When one person picks up we all get a notification for a missed call when it wasn't actually missed. This feature is annoying to have as we answer a lot of call a day. Thank you
