The RingCentral Phone App HUD Displayed the User Extensions in a large grid pattern which was very easy to glance and see who is on an active call or not, etc.. The RingCentral App only has a list to scroll through for user extensions and doesn't allow many extensions to be viewed in one page on the HUD like the RingCentral Phone App had. Additionally, with the latest version of the RingCentral Phone App (Version 22.3.0.44615) we lost the ability for the HUD to update the status of calls.
