    Call center admins want full control of agent status, this should absolutely be added to the product.

    When used, the RC paging feature sends a beep tone to the recipient of the page. This is an issue for customers who have over head paging systems as the tone is very loud. It would be nice to have the ability to disable the page tone in such scenarios. We've had multiple customers request this as the tone is so loud, it literally startles people. Some end users may also prefer to not hear the tone on pages made to desk phones.
