The Position in Queue, Estimated Wait Time, and Callback features are now available — helping reduce missed calls and improving customer experience by allowing callers to press 1 for a callback while keeping their place in line. 🙌
This feature is enabled for Ultra and Ultimate packages across all RC and Partner brands.

When callers find themselves in a call queue with extended wait times, it would be nice to have them press a # and request a call back, instead of holding... showing them that we respect their time but still want to handle their call.
Having a trail of the outgoing as well as incoming is imperative for a trail of communications. This is especially important as there is no way to pull a report that itemizes the details of SMS messages, and the list of message numbers isn't helpful at all for recording the complete SMS thread in CRMs and client files.
