   Performance reports are old legacy reports, which will pave way to business analytics. In business analytics, we have call records, and we will see if we can align call records with call logs.

    The customer is request to block outbound calls to certain numbers only for specific Users but they should still be able to receive calls from the numbers that is blocked for outbound calling.
