View Company Call log on Ring Central Application
Viewing company call log on RC App without opening the admin portal will be a great feature. I will not need to log in on the admin portal anymore. This is a convenient feature where admin's on my account will be able to view it by just opening the application.

This is definitely needed because I am always on the road and I need to always be able to see what my team is doing and when they’re answering and not answering calls and if somebody’s calling the client back

It would be nice to have a feature that lets you view all the call history and all the sms for all extensions in the app apart from the admin portal so we could be more efficient in managing all our reports

Hello Team,
Customer is requesting if he could view all the call logs on the RC app that includes not only his extension but the other extensions and external transfers. Just like the Call log that you can find when you access the reports in the admin portal. He mentioned it will be more accessible for him to have it on the app instead of accessing it on the admin portal since he is always working on the field and has no access to a desktop.

To have the option to view on the application if missed call from the call queue has been contacted by a different extension
