   Hi all, there's a DND Sync on hardphone toggle that may need to be enabled for your account if presence sync is not working as expected. Please contact support for assistance in getting this enabled on your account!

   While we have integration with Five9 (AT&T Cloud Contact Center), we could be more competitive and realize more revenue/margin if we were able to offer Engage Voice on the O@H platform

   While we have integration with Five9 on the O@H platform, we need Engage Voice to be more profitable as a segment
