Coming later in 2023, users will be able to select their outbound number in the separate messaging window (not just in settings). This only addresses outbound caller ID. If you would like to see a more shared inbox group texting option, please vote for these ideas: Add a text message queue similar to the call queueTexts should go to multiple users

An error occurred while saving the comment Bethany commentedCurrently if we want to disable the ability for users to customize Notifications that also disables Messages for users. We would like these to be separated so we can enable or disable Notifications and Messages for users to customize separately.
Currently when you type the name of one of our properties into the dial by name directory you see all of the IVRs for that property (example, for our property Northway we have an IVR for Northway After Hours, Northway Spanish Mailbox, Northway Main IVR, etc, and all of those show up when you type in Northway). It is not clear to our internal employees which to choose if they need to call the property. We would like the ability to flag an IVR as to whether it should show up in the dial by name directory or not.
