An error occurred while saving the comment Brad commentedI think it would be very useful to have the option of allowing for a longer period of time for call recordings to be available. The current 90 day period is pretty good, but sometimes a situation comes up where it would be handy to go back on an older phone conversation. Giving subscribers the option to keep their recordings for 1, 2, 3 or 5 years would be great - even if it came at an additional cost. Then subscribers could decide if they wish to pay to keep recordings longer. Maybe even have the option to be extension based so it can be turned on for specific extensions only.

An error occurred while saving the comment Brad commentedHaving the ability to backup/export/print SMS conversations along with the name/number and date/time of correspondence is very crucial.
This is such an important, seemingly basic to implement, feature! What use is hold music or a hold message if clients only ever hear the first part. It gets annoying for the caller and doesn't allow businesses to ensure all of their hold messages are being heard.
