Rotating Custom Audio for Hold and Connecting Calls
Would love to see a feature when you place someone on hold and the custom hold music will be random and not restart the same file from the begining. We've had previous systems where the hold music would rotate once placed on hold so itll never be the same intro song.

This is such an important, seemingly basic to implement, feature! What use is hold music or a hold message if clients only ever hear the first part. It gets annoying for the caller and doesn't allow businesses to ensure all of their hold messages are being heard.

I would like to be able to upload multiple files and have an option to RANDOMLY select one to play, so that the same file is not always played.

It's really good to have an option to randomize the start point of the "Audio while connecting".
Businesses in sales industry has some information about new products recorded to let the customers know and pique their interest.
It would be great if we'll have the option to randomize the start point of the Audio while connecting/Hold music so it won't be the same first 10-30 seconds over and over again and to be able to highlight other products that are mentioned on the latter part of the recording/custom audio file.

when putting clients on hold, it would be nice if the on hold music looped instead of starting from the beginning if putting someone on hold multiple times.
