 commentedIn my opinion the DND on the softphone should behave the same as a physical phone, only toggle itself and not the whole account. 
 We have a number of hybrid users, and enabling DND on their softphones is a headache because it also enables it for the account as a whole. The physical phone appears as though it should be able to receive calls, but it goes to voicemail instead. Stephen
