remove do not disturb
We have several employees who are enabling the DND setting as well as turning their desk/mobile sound off for incoming calls. The phone set up we had with our previous phone system allowed us to block access to these options for standard users but I'm unable to customize or restrict this type of access now.

Another year of 'UNDER REVIEW' and no response from RC. This is an administrative "Must". The only solution for this so far has been to only allow users to have desk phones. The desk phone itself (however) has a 'DND' option separate from the RC one, so even that is hard to stop....

Its too hard to replace a user that gets fired for continuously turning on DND. Please turn on this feature request!!

Having users put themselves in DND to avoid answering calls. Would like to be able to remove them from doing that.
