Disable DND sofkey on Polycom phones
Our MVP standard account doesn't give us the ability to disable the DND softkey on phones per user/phone. We are looking to upgrade our account (for a different reason), but do any of the plans give the ability to control access to the DND softkey via the admin web portal?

In my opinion the DND on the softphone should behave the same as a physical phone, only toggle itself and not the whole account.
We have a number of hybrid users, and enabling DND on their softphones is a headache because it also enables it for the account as a whole. The physical phone appears as though it should be able to receive calls, but it goes to voicemail instead.
