DND feature for specific device only
Customer would like to have a DND option where it will only DND specific device only for example DND for desk phone only and the application will be able to answer the call or vise versa

This is a critically needed feature for all businesses with multiple admin staff. We have several front desk staff at our practice and it is frustrating that if one person turns on do not disturb (DND) that change is reflected on every device and vice-versa, if one person turns dnd off, it turns notifications back on for everyone. The DND feature should have two options “DND for all Devices” (used during periods outside business hours) and “DND for this specific device” (so that individuals do not have to sign out just to mute notifications).

In my opinion the DND on the softphone should behave the same as a physical phone, only toggle itself and not the whole account.
We have a number of hybrid users, and enabling DND on their sofphones is a headache because it also enables it for the account as a whole. The physical phone appears as though it should be able to receive calls, but it goes to voicemail instead.
