Currently super admins do not have access to restrict access to default teams for specific users.
We would like to request an enhancement on the app to allow account admins to restrict access to default teams for specific users, even if they are automatically added by the system. This would enable admins to:
Keep the default team for organizational purposes.
Exclude certain users from viewing or interacting with the team.
Maintain control over sensitive information shared within default teams.

It would be great to have the feature restored that allows users to click directly on a number to dial, instead of having to highlight it and press F6 on the keyboard.
This would also eliminate the need to download RingCentral for Chrome to use the click-to-dial feature, preventing the issue of dual dialers when calls come through RingCentral sources.
Feature Request:
Enable AI Notes, including real-time transcription and call summaries, to work for calls answered on desk phones (e.g., Yealink T48U) in addition to the desktop app. Ideally, the desk phone should sync with the RingCentral app so that AI note-taking and summaries are automatically available regardless of the device used to answer the call.
This addresses the current limitation while maintaining a seamless experience for users who primarily use desk phones.
