We really need the ability to go into a user's Incoming Call Flow settings and direct voicemails they receive to a queue voicemail box. Right now, you can only send it to the user's voicemail or a message-only extension, but not the queue voicemail box itself. Please add this functionality!

This issue causes a lot of confusion for our users. Please add the ability to not have faxes be reflected as voicemail notifications on physical phones.

Please add this feature. We juggle multiple custom rules that sometimes overlap and it would be very helpful to be able to prioritize them so if two or more rules do overlap, we can specify which one takes priority.

Our company also has a need for more granularity on hot desk timeout settings. It would be great if we could assign it by site, role, or even on a per-hot desk phone basis.
