It is critical to have this option in our office. If the VM notification is erased in order to find the actual VMs, the actual fax message is erased...absolutely unbeneficial because then the fax info has to be retrieved. It is a waste of time to search for an actual VM through the clutter of a VM notification that a fax has been received. Please address this concern ASAP. THANKS! Jacque

This issue causes a lot of confusion for our users. Please add the ability to not have faxes be reflected as voicemail notifications on physical phones.

I agree, this has caused numerous problems in our organization.

I was pointed to this link as a place I could add a "feature suggestion". So yes please, for the love of God disable these voicemails for fax notifications. Who thought ANYONE wants this, let alone made it impossible to turn off? This is clearly a bug in system, and I have spoken to a few people at Ring Central who acknowledge the problem, but have told me everything from "it's normal" to the notifications are needed for SOC 2 compliance. Seriously, we need a voicemail, on a desk phone, for a fax to be compliant???? Has everyone there lost their mind? Either disable this stupidity or give us the option to do so.

Please add an option to disable when Fax messages are delivered to the mailbox that the platform reads off the date/timestamp that the fax messages are received messages are received.
