An error occurred while saving the comment Eric commentedWe are able to transfer from the 6930 and 6940 phones and retain caller ID, however when we use the M695 expansion module to transfer the caller id is lost and it shows that the receptionist is calling. The M695 firmware must need updated.

An error occurred while saving the comment Eric commentedThis appears to be fixed on the 6900 series phones but the Mitel M695 expansion box won't transfer the caller id correctly still.

Hi all, there's a DND Sync on hardphone toggle that may need to be enabled for your account if presence sync is not working as expected. Please contact support for assistance in getting this enabled on your account!
Eric supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Eric commented@Jessica Hernandez we are past "Coming June 2024!" and the Mitel 6930 and 6940 phones DND button still do not sync with the Ring Central App DND setting. Turning on the DND on the phone does not show that the user is on DND for anyone in the company.
What is the status on this update now? -

An error occurred while saving the comment Eric commentedThe presence works if the user turns DND on from the App, but if they press the DND button on their phone the DND presence doesn't show for anyone on their phones or in the app.
The App DND setting and phone DND button should sync so the presence is shown the same in both. -

Come on Ring Central, you forced many of us to switch from Mitel to your platform, at least have the decency to enable most if not all of the Mitel phone features into your platform. One of the long list of things that no longer work on the phones now that we've switched to Ring Central.
