This was offered to us to relieve some issues that we were experiencing with RingCentral and it does not work properly. RingCentral shouldn’t offer something that isn’t fully compatible with a customer’s phone system purchased through RingCentral. We have had issues with the pagination working on our Polycom phones as well. I’m disappointed in RingCentral.
