Ideally, we would be able to prevent specific extensions from receiving forwarded voicemails or be able to set a forwarding extension for the forwarded voicemails.

More information: A RingCX agent can answer an incoming call center call on a RingCentral desk phone but that is it. Why can't they use the desk phone to transfer calls? They have to do call manipulation (hold, transfer, etc) on the web app and cannot use the phone for these functions.

To be more accurate, you have to delete the multi-user device and completely re-add it to change the site. This is very tedious, just allow the site to be a dropdown.
