The QoS analysis is incredibly helpful in the RingEX. I thought RingCX benefitted from the same feature and was very disappointed after the implementation. I hope it is added soon.

I agree with this request. We have nearly 1500 Call Queue entries used as a directory for company phone numbers that exist outside of RingCentral. We need to manager these Call Queues as employees and sites change. We would like to export the Call Queues with all details included.
Alternatively, RingCentral could develop a proper directory that be shared by RingEX and RingCX for the same customer.
