My organization would greatly benefit from this - any update from RC on the status since this was in the Planned status 2 years ago?
I have implemented an "Emergency Call" queue for 23 sites in my tenancy, so the front office can easily distinguish urgent vs routine calls. We would like for these queues to have a unique ringtone so that users can identify these calls even when they are not looking at their deskphone.

I am also facing issues that would benefit from this feature.
Currently, when a user of a Mitel IP 480 phone pressed the DND button, their phone goes into DND mode and directs calls directly to voicemail. The call routing does not follow DND call route as specified in RingCentral (e.g. forward to a different extension if specified). This has caused problems when a user placed their phone into DND at the end of their work day, then started the next day remote and couldn't disable DND from their app.
