Do we have any updates regarding the availability of this feature?
For a large organization with multiple sites, it would be highly beneficial to have the ability to easily search for site names when selecting an outbound caller ID in the RingCentral application, particularly when those sites have already been added to the directory.
Currently, users may need to identify the appropriate site based on the available phone numbers, which can be challenging when managing a large number of locations. Allowing users to search by site name, in addition to the associated phone number, would significantly improve usability and make it easier to select the correct outbound caller ID.
RingCentral already supports using a site number as the outbound caller ID, and more recent functionality also supports using site names for caller-ID configuration.
Could you please confirm whether there are any plans or updates to introduce site-name search functionality in the outbound calling interface? This would be a valuable enhancement for organizations with a large number of sites and users.
