It is crucial to implement the ability to disable (Blocked ID) for users, as this is a compliance requirement set by the federal government (CRTC) for business solicitation calls. Currently, the only way to achieve this is by removing the role, which isn’t a viable option since it disables the ability for users to alternate between different numbers. This needs a proper solution that addresses compliance without limiting functionality.
