Additional emergency calling notifications

We need to be alerted when our school building lockdown extensions are called, just like when 911 is called. It would be great if we could add additional numbers/extension in the Emergency Calling section. When someone calls one of our building lockdown extensions, it triggers an announcement on the building's PA system and locks all doors to that building. We need to be notified by email and text of these events, as we do for 911 calls.
