  2. If we have a Call Queue and an extension assigned to a call Queue, I have extensions that auto forward to an external non Ring Central phone number and would like to be able to make it forward with out have to answer and press 1. If we dial the ext directly we don't have to press 1 but not if the extension is rang to the call Queue.

  5. Allow users to quickly turn on or off their call queue ring status so they will not be disturbed during meetings/ breaks rather than completely removing themselves from the queue. A quick on and off feature in the RC App or the Phone application or the ability to schedule when their phone won’t ring during certain times in advance.

  6. Please create ONE UNIVERSAL APP. The reason being, GLIP is not the best functioning desktop app in this bundle of apps. To get through my day I have to use RingCentral Meetings, RingCentral Phone, RingCentral for Outlook (desktop program), and RingCentral widget for Gmail to include Google Calendar application. GLIP does not receive outbound calls as well as the other apps mentioned nor does it integrate well with other apps and programs that a business may use to schedule RC video and Conf. calls. Please create ONE app for the desktop, ONE app for the mobile phone/device, and ONE widget…

  9. I would like to be able to transfer calls with Ring Central Application without having to use a mouse. There are hot keys but you are still forced to use a mouse to transfer calls.

  10. Healthcare company has to have HIPAA compliance and viewing faxes from email isn't an option. We have to go in RingCentral portal to view the attachments. As the result, all the past faxes (probably the past 2-3 years) need to be saved somewhere on the server to be able to retrieve it if necessary.

  14. I know we can forward fax to multiple users via email but what we would like to happen is to forward it to their RC inbox instead of the email. Scenario : Agent will login to his RC phone app, and from their he should be able to receive faxes from a different extension or call queue for ease of access. Thanks!

  15. When we use the text feature to text each other in the office, there is no audio "ding" notifying a user that they have a text. This makes the feature untimely as a result because the person receiving the message often doesn't notice it.

  16. Adding a vacation option will automatically disable the phone from receiving calls. this will help with people who have a ring central app and will take the work out from having to disable or dnd the line.

  17. Currently, there is a way to turn off notifications for certain Teams on Glip (RC Unified app). However, even though the notifications are turned off, the Team messages are still showing up. As a result, there should be a way to mute Team messages on Glip so that even the number of messages don't show up

  19. There needs to be an option to toggle off the "ding-dong" and exiting sounds for each attendee of a meeting in RingCentral Meetings for the desktop app. It is wildly annoying as the leader of a meeting to be bombarded by those sounds over and over and not have the option to turn them off.
