Differentiate Personnal vs Team Mention Notifications
As a user, if someone at mention me in a team, it requires my attention at a higher level than an team at mention.

You can change the tone of your notification for this.
Go to settings > notifications > ringtones > on your app and change the direct message tone and mentions. I hope this will help you!
