Forward fax to multiple recipient
I know we can forward fax to multiple users via email but what we would like to happen is to forward it to their RC inbox instead of the email. Scenario : Agent will login to his RC phone app, and from their he should be able to receive faxes from a different extension or call queue for ease of access. Thanks!

Was able to forward a failed fax using the old RingCentral app before but when updated to the new app forwarding a failed fax is no longer available.
