  2. I have tried to reset the MFA in the admin account for the user and it doesn't do anything. I don't want it to go to the ringcentral app I want it to go to an MFA app if that is possible. like a 3rd party app you enter the mfa code into.

  4. There already exists a notification for SMS usage which warns the customer that they have reached 90% of the monthly SMS allocation. The concern is that most products/services offered don't alert admins that they are trending toward overages, and instead simply charge the overages to the account.

     

    The ask is to create alerts/notifications for all items that could potentially trend toward overages being charged. Ideally, there would be a way to manage these notifications such as:

    Specify who will receive billing alerts
    Whether these alerts come in via SMS or Email
    Control over notification thresholds (ex. For X product,…

  6. When creating a new user, the welcome email does not provide the site number. Instead, it is showing the main company number. Can we have an option when creating a new user, add the site number to the welcome email.

  9. You should be able to set the do not disturb setting to expire after a certain period of time, rather than having to remember to go in and turn it off. Sometimes we set it just for a meeting and then realize the next day it is still set to do not disturb.

  10. The RingCentral desktop app has the ability to download a plugin under Settings > Phone > Fax > Print to Fax > Install. Could this same option be added to the ACO Desktop app?Before RingCentral App update Desktop: 23.4.26.8723 Windows (x64) ACO users were able to sign into the RC App and use this functionality. Now attempting to sign in returns me to the sign in page.

  12. Inbound call that is transferred to a different user should have one call leg call recording using the Admin portal page.An inbound call was answered by the user from the call queue. The agent transferred the call to a different user extension on the account. The system shows two different call recording legs since it is a transferred call. The customer wanted to have one leg call recording for the entire call duration to be available under the Call log tab from the Admin portal page.

  16. I would love to see letters be able to be added to a call when someone is calling the business line. That way I am able to filter out much easier who is calling my personal number and who is calling the business line. For example if my business is called "XY" then when someone calls my business line, it will show up on my phone as "555-555-5555 XY"

  17. Timestamps are important to be checked on call logs, with it only showing on the old layout means it will be obsolete soon. Please consider having the timestamp remain on the new layout for call logs.

  19. When someone changes the status in MAX agent they want their status in the RC app as well best example would be, if they are in a meeting and they switch their status in MAX agent RC app will change the status to DND so that they will not receive any calls in the RC app.

  20. Ability to create an extension specifically for Intercom. If the user is using a 4-digit extension, instead of pressing intercom and dialing the 4-digit extension, they should be able to dial at least the last 2 digit of the user's extension for intercom or create an extension specifically for Intercom purposes.
