  1. There should be own tab for settings of caller ID on the RC desktop app instead of going to Phone settings to change the caller ID.

  3. Customer wants the blocking of number feature to not be so easy to access since if incase it was mistakenly type the area code might
    block to the customer's system.
    for numbers that are less than 10 digits to be block there's should be or remarks or reason box on the system why it will be block
    before it proceeds.

  5. For Custom Roles, when access to company recordings is allowed, that user has access to all recordings in the UC side. Can we allow this access to be limited to certain departments?

  6. In addition to the 3 main status options (Available, Do Not Disturb and Invisible), there is an editable status designation. This option has 6 defaults with a corresponding emoji (Out of office, In a meeting, etc.) or one can edit the phrase and emoji. None of the 3 I use are among the defaults so I need to retype and reselect an emoji every time I change my location. It would be nice if I could edit the default list to replace 3 given with ones I use so that process to change was a single mouse click.

  10. Right now only the logged on user is diplayed on the Polycom phone. We need to add the extension as well. We recently had an emergency and a user picked up a nearby phone and made a page but he did not know the extension of the phone he was using.

  11. We have finished with the SMS registration for about two weeks. Last step was to assign the numbers to the campaign. We are still getting a message banner when we launch Ring Central and it is confusing some of the users into thinking they need to do something to complete the registration process. Could we please have the message turned off or have an option to turn it off in the admin portal?

  12. We use the old RC Phone app still largely because this feature does not exist yet in the newer desktop app. Currently, texts can be forwarded to a new number but cannot be edited before sending.

  13. Add to the call queue an announcement to tell callers what number they are in line and the estimated wait time. Something along the lines of "You are currently caller X in the queue and your estimated wait time is X minutes." Base this information off of current queue activity and average wait time before answer.

  15. ...status to update automatically to DND or DND-OutOfOffice.. Customer would like when a user puts an out of office event in Outlook, they would like an option to put the phone in DND and change the status to update automatically to DND or DND-OutOfOffice.
