  1. Since not all extensions are frequently used, they want to have all voicemails sent to email to avoid backlogs and unread voicemail messages in the RC App. It is to make sure only important messages can be stored inside the App.

  2. For message-only extensions, or other extensions, which have voicemails shared to co-recipients, allow co-recipients to designate which voicemails they want to receive notifications for; direct or shared, or a mix/combination of direct and shared voicemails.

  4. There is a current limit when sending SMS per attempt, it would be better to increase the characters per SMS attempt for the convenience of our users.

  5. A Ring Central notification that is designed to pop up prominently on the screen, immediately taking priority over the other chats and glips. It also functions to simultaneously send a notification to all the phone apps. This feature is particularly valuable in urgent situations such as fires, earthquakes, active shooters, unknown personal on site and other emergencies. It would be highly beneficial if this notification system includes a customizable preset text prompt, allowing for a swift and mass distribution of critical information to the entire company or specific groups and locations.

  6. I want to be able to install the RC Phone app system wide for all users, without having to install it individually for each user that uses a single workstation.Just like the RC Desktop App.rc phone msi file

  7. This would be great if you could implement this, I noticed it is already possible for hold music and greeting. I do not really like any of the default ringtones so it would be excellent if you could make this possible! Thanks!

  9. I just deleted a user who was terminated from our organization today. However, we need to be able to check their text and message history as it has come to light that he may have been sending confidential information through there. I know there is no way for me to recover the information, but is there a way that you can pull messaging history from your database or to recover the user?

  11. External guests are being blocked or automatically disabled after creating free accounts for RingCentral Messaging using either the browser version or the desktop app. Can't add external guest users to our contacts who are using a free account nor they can't use RingCentral Messaging at all.

  12. Please make it possible to set up (1) an anonymous hotline and (2) and an anonymous voicemail box. It would be useful to have a phone number and a voicemail box that callers could use to submit anonymous complaints without revealing their phone numbers. Thank you.

  13. Having a feature that enables DND to turn on while the user is in an active call avoids having an incoming call ringing away while waiting for you to interrupt your current call to answer. The feature is available for video call already but just not voice calls.

  15. Please add the ability for users to see when a phone has been placed on Do Not Disturb. Currently, if a Mitel phone is placed on Do Not Disturb their presence still shows green/available. If a phone is o Do Not Disturb the phone should show a red status to other users. This seems like a simple fix.

  18. In the old Ring Central Phone app when you searched in the contacts app the search included all fields, including company name. The new app does not do this.Might be worth while to expand the search range to include all details.

  19. It would be more convenient and secured if the main super admin can assign another user extension to have the access to change general settings on the account without giving the full admin access and just a limited group of users will be handled
