Anonymous hotline and mailbox for callers
Please make it possible to set up (1) an anonymous hotline and (2) and an anonymous voicemail box. It would be useful to have a phone number and a voicemail box that callers could use to submit anonymous complaints without revealing their phone numbers. Thank you.

This is a requirement for my agency in the field of work we are in a non-profit providing support for people with disabilities. I stressed needing this feature during our planning and development phases with the Ring Central team and now that we are live, it is not a feature they support. Please upvote this.

We’d like to set up (1) an anonymous hotline and (2) and anonymous voicemail box for our customers, i.e. we should not be able to see the caller’s phone number.
