  1. We would like to have the ability to customize on how quick contacts are viewed/presented. On the "New layout", Quick Contacts can now show more than 10 contacts at once, unlike on the "Old layout" that can only show 10 at once, but the problem on the "New layout" is that you would need to scroll down in order to view the other Quick Contacts. We are hoping that we can still use the old Quick Contacts layout and show more than 10 contacts at once, so that our Users would have more flexibility in utilizing the Quick Contacts feature.

  3. The customer wants the 2 factor authentication to be forwarded to his RC phone numberThe customer also wants the text message from his regular mobile number will be routed to the ringcentral phone number.

  4. I noticed that the mobile app doesn't stay logged in if you don't use it for maybe 2 or 3 weeks at a time. For people that do not receive calls very often, I think it would be beneficial to be notified when the RingCentral app is no longer logged in on their mobile device. Otherwise, one runs the risk of missing a call.

  6. . If the user in on lunch, out of the office, vacation. Another thing is once the DND is disable, status share like "on Lunch" will be cleared automatically. On Status options, we would like to add in meeting.

  7. Please allow the company directory on VVX450 to show alternative numbers for staff. Currently it only shows their extensions even though we have inputted mobile numbers, alternative landlines etc for each staff member we have. Users are using printed out documents or the ring central app on their phones to pull up alternative numbers for people and then dialling them from the desk phone. A very slow arduous process.

  8. When employees are out sick, other members of the company would need to see the messages that are being sent to their Teams. Please find a way for messages under Teams to be sent to admin without having to log into other people's RC accounts..

  13. If you use the Avaya app on the iPhone, you can use the emojis on the keyboard. If you use the desktop Avaya app you don't have the full access to emojis like you have on mobile. Is there any way of increasing the emoji library on the desktop app?

  19. Current customer with Rooms POC in progress asked this question; Impacts all customers with Room Phone Line add-on licenses. SIde note - this is also an issue for my tester account, receiving multiple spam calls to my demo system daily.
