  1. We tried to primarily use Ring CEntral within TEams as that is our organizational app and we wanted to use Ring Central as the backbone of our service. However, it doesn't pull in any of the users contacts or recognize them in Caller ID. This works in the Ring Central app. It even works in Ring Central in Outlook. It just doesn't work in Teams. If the info is in Office 365 and in Ring Central, I don't see why it can't be pulled into the Ring Central app in Teams.

I am really not sure why this has not happened yet, but it would make complete sense to have the Service Center, where all users and phone profiles are setup to sync across with the RingCentral App. I am specifically referring to a User Profile, such as location, title, extension, mobile number, direct number, extension, email, call handling details and such. It almost seems like there are pieces of them that sync, but nothing like a full and fluid sync. We have desperately tried to make the location and details, including mobile numbers and Direct numbers sync between the phone…

  3. Since my company only has 1 paging extension/device, it would be best to bypass the paging announcement and set the paging button on my polycom vvx 350 phone set to the extension number of the paging device.

  4. It gives you a count on the call queues side. But when you switch it to the user's the number doesn't match. It becomes a total count of the user extension all together. It will benefit to keep it separate as it pertains those abandoned call happened on the call queues side.

  6. Add an interface to allow button templates and customizing phone settings. There is already a provisioning tools setup since anytime you add someone to the HUD it adds a speed dial/monitor button to the Yealink phones.

  7. It would be very useful if any new number added to the account(s) be automatically added to the SMS Campaign otherwise it will be a step administrators will forget to do and the new phone user will not be able to use their text function.

  11. Option to Add IVR as presence so that if it does not get answered, call is routed back to the IVR.Customer's verbatim: We have calls that come in to an IVR on the MVP side. There are a number of options, for reaching members of this team. We want a way to make this number ring as a presence on their softphone and in the event they do not answer, it goes back to the call routing.

  17. I'm trying to disable the option "Send an email when a phone is added" on all users account. It is not an available option within a template. Please have an option to do this in bulk. Also, an option to disable notifications to users temporarily.

  18. our team uses ring as our primary communication method.When a team member has vacation time and or just will be out of the office for a period of time they will create a new event within ring central and send that event in our team chat. This is great however the events get lost very quickly when we use the team chat as normal.I would love to see something that allows us to filter by these events to see what days the team will be unavailable ect. Similar to how all team member can see a pinned comment.cheers

  20. The presence feature is set up for users 1, 2, and 3.
    User 1 missed the call and forwards it to User 2. User 2 incoming call shows up on User 3 deskphone display but will not light up giving User 3 the ability to pick up the call.

    It would help if users will also have the ability to pick up calls (using the presence feature) that was forwarded to another extension.
