Separate Button for Group Text
There are users that always send Group texts and it is tedious for them to always press create group text or navigate to another option to send group text as the design and option on RC Desktop app is different on RC Mobile app.

Autoprovision Yealink T58W phone & expansion module
Ring Central documentation states that it supports Yealink T58W phones. Unable to provision phone from portal, had to log a support case. Also, unable to add expansion model "exp50" at all, even though you can on lower models in the portal.

Ring Central Desk Phone Auto Updates - DO NOT Reset ADMIN password every update- Yealink T57w
Ring Central sends updates to my Yealink T57w phone. When the update comes in, it resets the admin password back to default. This is a secuirty issue and I get the red triangle error at top of phone screen until I manully change the password from ADMIN back to my password. It happens every update and is very frustrating. Security is low after an update as password defaults.

This is to prevent users to select other phone numbers as their outbound caller ID's.

Please add the caller id name to the active park location buttons on a phone.

display company name instead of phone number when using sms
Since we can't currently display the company main number when texting out - defaults to operator number - it would be great to have the company name, instead of the phone number, display when we text out to clients.

Notify all users of received faxes thru desktop application
All incoming faxes are currently emailed to all users at the same time. How do I have the desktop app notify all users at the same time that a fax has come in?

Incoming Caller ID should show the name and number on all plans.
Caller ID with name is a basic feature for every other phone I have and have had for several years. Even my cell phone now has free caller ID with name for no additional cost. The base level plan you offer already has more features than I need (Thank You) except for this feature. To upgrade to the next level just for caller ID doesn't make sense. Please make incoming caller ID with name a basic feature of all plans.

Do Not Call List for UC Customers
Is there a way we could create a Do Not Call List for our customers that do not subscribe to the contact center or engage voice? We have some bigger companies that use our UC platform only that would like to keep their customer's request to not be called and cannot be added easily to a list.

Disable Call recording prompts on Internal Call Transfers
PLease add an option where users can disable call recording on internal transfers (like peer to peer)

Ignoring a call or sending a call to voicemail should not create a missed call notification
By definition the call shouldn't be considered as a missed call if a user actively interacted with it to either ignore it or send it to voicemail.

Add ability to migrate account from single-level to multi-level IVR without losing account configuration
Currently, if attempting to migrate a RingCentral Office account from Single-Level to Multi-Level IVR admins receive a warning that much of their call routing and overall system configuration will be removed and must be reconfigured. It would be very nice if RC could figure out a way to enable the migration path from single-level to multi-level IVR whithout customers having to rebuild much of their system configuration.

Add functionality for other headsets
My company uses a wide variety of headsets, some USB, some Bluetooth. Each headset has various buttons for volume control, answer/hang-up, etc. Why don't these work with the Ring Central app? Why do Only Plantronics and Jabra headsets work? Every other program seems to function with these buttons on random headphones with out issue. Please fix this.
