.HEIC File Format on SMS
Please add support for file formats .HEIC .HEIF .HEVC on SMS. We are a healthcare company that request timesheets from nurses. 50% of our user base has iphones and it is an impossible task to request them to set different photo settings to send in a .jpeg instead. Passing on this task to our customers discourages them and results in lost business for us.

Play Call Recording Announcement for Outbound Calls
Being a healthcare facility and having to adhere to HIPAA guidelines, we were excited to see RC have an option to automatically announce calls were being recorded when we call our patients, however, this is causing huge issues as when we dial out to an external number, we on our end hear our recording that states the call is being recorded and if we wish to not be on a recorded line to hang up. sending to voicemail instead of ringing second extension when on an active call
I am using ring central with several extensions. When a call comes in it goes to my desk extension, then if I don't answer it rings my cell phone extension. But it also goes to my cell phone extension if I am on an active call on the desk extension. I would like to see a setting that when I am on an active call it can be directed to voicemail instead of ringing the cell phone extension. It is very annoying to be on a call and my cell phone rings and rings as hitting the "X" to decline…

Mitel 480G - Allow to End Call with Speakerphone button
I'm testing with the Mitel 480G enrolled in RingCentral.Found that I can start but can't end a call with the speakerphone button. I need to press the Line button.This functionality exists on the Polycom phones.

Call Tracing/Blacklisting Service like *57 from other carriers
When the customer was using their previous cisco phone service in the scenario that their was ever a threat called into a school, customer would use the function *57 that would blacklist the number when they checked their logs, the customer wishes to add function on RingCentral that they could use in the case of a threat being called in.

Change User's Presence from Admin Portal
It would be very helpful to be able to change another user's presence from the admin portal. For example, if a user marks themselves as DND and then leaves for vacation without including in theis status note that they're on vacation, it is assumed that they are in the office, but unavailable at this moment. VS being offline, and not available because they're out of the office for the day. At this time, we currently remote into the user's system to update, or, change their password while they're out, to log in as them, and update that way. Very clunky…

Disclaimer link to SMS texts
As a mortgage bank using ringcentral for our Loan Officers, processors and underwriters, disclaimers and opt outs must be available to all communications with borrowers and clients. Legally we must have them on all emails but in using SMS with Ringcentral we are unable to do so and it is protenatilly causing us to change our future plans with RingCentral...whcih we do not want to do!

Multiple Selection + Delete for Tasks
I maintain "for-me" to do list via the Tasks on ringcentral windows app (personal chat with myself).I've managed to grow the list of completed tasks to 30+ before I realized I just want them to go away. However, I have to click on each one, hit delete and hit confirm.Would be nice to somehow multiselect them from the list of "all completed tasks" and then hit delete.

Ability to **respond** to short code SMS messages.
I use RC as my primary phone service. In many cases organizations send SMS messages from "short code" numbers. I can receive them on RC. But I can not respond. This is an important feature!

Prevent End users from Forwarding Voicemail to email
End users are able to forward voicemails to email manually through the Voicemail inbox in the web portal. This should have the option to be turned off (and turned off by default with HIPAA settings active).

Disable email notification when active on the application
System should detect when you are active on the application and automatically disable email notifications that are being sent since you already have visibility on the application.
