  2. Hello as an RC Admin for my Org I have been approached about Monitoring RC Chat Messages for Human Resources and Security. We would like the capability to see what is being said over chat from all users within our organization (in real time). I have called RC Tech Support and they assured me this is not a current feature so I would like to suggest this as one.

  3. In the company contacts list in the Ring Central Desktop app, you can only see users, you need to be able to see & call your company call queues from this app, just like you can in the other RC apps.

  5. For every user, in user details/general tab there is a checkbox that states:"Yes, I would like to receive information on product education, training materials etc."I would like to be able to list all users with this box checked.

  6. Add a 'send' button to send a text similar to the 'send now' on the fax option. Would avoid confusion of how to send a text. I believe the desk phone app had a send button.

  7. All our users currently use the “Ring out” feature in RC Phone to send all outbound calls to their desk phones. Because there is no similar feature in the RingCentral app, users either have to dial out on their computer or force the call through the older RC Phone app in order to use the Ring out feature. I am concerned that RC will sunset the RC Phone app, leaving us without an alternative. Anyone that wants to ring their desk phone before the computer or mobile phone would benefit from this feature.

  8. Currently there is not a filter available to remove or block inappropriate or offensive words from this feature. We had a customer call in and leave a message with a nickname which was incorrectly translated into a very derogatory and offensive word and emailed off. This was taken to our HR Representative. There should be some way to keep this from happening in a business installation.

  9. I would like to be able to see all company numbers in all regions in the E164 format. This makes managing the Enterprise estate in many different countries much easier. At present all countries outside of my location show in the E164 format.

It would be very nice to be able to share different marketing message with every client that calls in and to rotate through a list of different marketing messages so if a client calls in multiple times they hear different messages each time giving us the chance to share multiple messages and so they don't have to hear the same thing over and over.

  12. When inviting someone to a meeting by phone the receiver of the call must press 1 to join. If you're calling a service, like interpretation, where you key in your ID and there isn't a live rep answering the phone then you can't use this feature.

  15. Customer would like when scheduling a meeting that the presence indicator can be automatically set to DND rather than in a meeting. When in a meeting calls can come through and disrupt the user which isn't a good experience.

  16. The RingCentral Phone app allows you to search for Call Queues by name or extension when transferring or making a call. Receptionists searching for a Call Queue to transfer calls cannot find Call Queues by name or extension.Alternative is to import contacts for each user manually.

  17. Currently, the default language for the RC app is set to US English, even if the local settings of the users' machines are set to a different language. There should instead be an option/feature for spell check to be in different languages on the RC app.

  18. There needs to be a smoother way to switch over a free account to a paid one. We had some employees that have free guest accounts to be able to chat with our teams. We now wanted/needed to get more numbers we added 2 numbers and was not able to add the users because the email address was already being used on the free account/guest account. In the free/guest account profile there is no option to delete this account to simply to resolve this problem quickly and easy within the same day. The support had to submit a ticket to…

  19. Request is for the ability for defined users (site admins) in different sites to be able to only access call log and recordings for users within the site(s) they have domain role access to. The current custom role domain definition does not extent to the call logs/recordings.

  20. The right side panel is nice for what it can display, but it should remember what you had displayed last. I would like employees to be able to see their tasks easier, the way it is now everyday you have to change the view to display tasks.There should also be an option to only display un finished task in the right hand panel
