Ability to whitelist a single or multiple numbers in a blocked country.
At this point, it looks like the only way to contact a client in a blocked country is to unblock the whole country which can have negative repercussions. Add the ability to whitelist individual numbers in a blocked country so that clients in that country can be serviced via phone calls.

Change multiple call queue managers in mass, or assign group as call queue manager
We have a need to soon create up to 200 call queues for varying locations that all require different phone numbers with differing area codes.We have a group of managers that need to be the ones to update the call queue membership, thus they need to have call queue manager access to each one. We really need to avoid having to manually add each manager to 200+ different call queues. Especially in the event of personnel changes. The ability to disable features company wide
The ability to disable Glip/Message and other features (like Tasks, Events, Files and Notes). Where our users cannot use these features. Basically a toggle to allow the feature to be used or not

Extension number field for personal contact number
Hi. Our customer would like to add a personal contact numbers and include the extension number. However, there is no field for the extension number. Customer said that this would be more convenient for easily dialing the number and connecting to the right person.

Mass downloading of picture SMS
It would be very efficient if there was a feature where the Ringcentral user is able to download all the pictures sent through Ringcentral by the customer. It is very time-consuming when the user has to go to each picture one by one to download the picture.

Ability to save custom message for Reply with Message feature
Only Predefined messages are appearing and 60 seconds is not an enough time to create a custom one. Hopefully, they will have an option to save or edit Predefined messages for it.

Allow OGMs from Prompts Library to be assigned to individual user's extension's voicemail boxes.I have certain users who prefer to have professionally recorded voicemail Outgoing Messages. I wish we could assign those sound files in the Prompts Library to individual users, rather than just to company wide extensions or queues.

Have option to remove oneself from call queue members instantly without using do not disturb status
Whenever I ignore a call on this app, I keep receiving the call for about 3-4 times before it stops. I would like to keep simultaneous ring on all call queue members. I would like to have an option to not receive calls without using do "do not disturb" or logging out from the app.

Call Queue roll to Second \"Overflow" call queue while keeping the "Simultaneous" ring setting.
We need a queue of two phones to ring simultaneously then, if not answered in time, ring a queue of four phones simultaneously. I'm told there is an "Overflow" that can be setup on the back end, but we would prefer the settings be available on the front end, so that we can modify them without a support ticket.

User(s) currently taking calls in call queue(s) should be notified for incoming calls
Currently in a call queue, when one of the user is on a call and an incoming call comes in, the user currently taking the call won't be notified about the call. Only the other free users are. As a result, there should be an option in the call queue to notify everyone in the call queue for incoming calls, including those currently taking calls.

The "Google" sign on button should work for Google SSO (it does not)
We use Google SSO. When we were testing the system we did not have "enforce SSO" enabled and the Google SSO button worked fine. We turned "enforce" on right before going live. SSO now does work if a user clicks on SSO button, or just enters their email, but ironically when we turned on "enforce SSO," the Google SSO button STOPPED working (even though that is the kind of SSO we are using).When a user tries to use the "Google" sign on button they are given the following error message "Your account is enabled for Single Sign-on. Park feature that everyone can see
If you park a customer using the park button then anyone in the business can see that there is a customer to be picked up. Anyone can answer it. Not the same as a hold button where only the person who selected hold could answer. Multiple park extensions.

Notification when a user is available for a call or transfer
A notification is sent to an end-user that has toggled this feature on from the HUD within both the RingCentral App and RingCentral Phone App (Mostly Used), the Notification is sent to an End-user when another user is available for a call or transfer.
