  1. The Kindle Fire is a low cost widely available android tablet. Many people, including me use these as inexpensive work platforms for email and phone. The old phone app version used to work just fine on the kindle fire, it would be helpful for me and others if the new phone app was backported to allow it to run on these devices.

  3. Please make a RingCentral ios app that is compatible to phones prior to IOS 12 because not everyone has Ios 12 on their Iphone or Ipad. It would be useful to make a Lite version that supports devices from IOS 8. Only minimal features needed. The former RC Meetings app supports it but the new RC is too hard on device requirement.

  4. In Classic version I could add a comment/reply that would be visible to users everyday of the task. So on Monday I could make a comment and on Thursday that comment is still visible on a daily repeat task. On the new version a comment made on Monday is NOT visible unless I go hunt for the task that was closed on Monday, even when its a repeating task (done every day).

When creating accounts individually or in bulk, please change the default call handling to 4 rings / 20 sec on desktop and mobile apps and/or change slider for "Always ring for at least 30 seconds before forwarding". This is primarily needed to avoid missed calls. No one would ever set their phone to ring for 1 ring / 5 seconds.

Currently, the only way for Super Admins to control the text recording would be under the Administrative settings in the RingCentral app. Super Admins can enable or disable message data exports for users. Along with that, there should also be an option for Super Admins to enable text capture/record in the User Template. Video recordings should also be controlled by the Super Admins as well

  7. As our company hours change, we have to individually adjust each user hours as well. This has lead to mistakes and missed calls. A simple additional radio button (24/7... follow company hours... and custom hours) under user hours would allow us to change our hours in ONE place, and they would be applied to each extension that chose that option.

  9. We have employees that are members of two queues, for instance. During random times of the day, they do not need to receive calls from a particular queue.Currently, you can only set your status to either "available" or "unavailable" for all the queues in which you are member. This makes no sense...to be "all" or nothing".There needs to be a way in which the member can make themselves unavailable to receive calls from a particular queue while still receiving calls from the other queues in which they are a member.We only use soft phones and have no physical phones.PLEASE.   11. right now we have a custom rule for it but i have to create it manually every month .what i suggest is an option where calls are forwarded to a cell every week it changes but effective for a year not just a rule for a month

  14. All posts can be deleted in the messaging conversation list except video call history. This is obviously an oversight. I do not want my conversation list cluttered with my video call history and I don't want to add an emoji or bookmark them which are the only options.

I have about 300 conversations/teams/etc in the left panel so I obviously ALWAYS have the 'Show Unread' on since scrolling through that long list is horribly inefficient.However, there are 4 or 5 conversations that I would want to pin to the top and have them always visible even if there are no unread messages in them. These are the conversations that I need to look at multiple times per day, so I either have to search for them or turn off the 'show unread' and then find them manually. It's really inefficient. On a new account with desk phones assigned to unassigned numbers, the process of getting an assigned extension with a softphone to have a desk phone from assigned to an unassigned extension is counter intuitive and very difficult. It currently involves assigning the unassigned extension with desk phone to a new or existing user, swapping the desk phone for a softphone (to send the desk phone to inventory), deleting the attached phone number (to send to inventory), then going into the softphone and swapping with the unassigned desk phone in inventory.   20. My account requires Ring Groups on users due to directing calls to users based on zip codes. My team is getting larger but cannot go past 30 on the ring groups. Also we cannot use simultaneous as we use an outside provider for answering services. Would be helpful if a ring group can go beyond the maximum of 30
