  4. It would be nice to add the station id associated with the user that shows on the report so you can determine if the computer is still active with that user. Also it would be good to add a refresh button or put a timeline on when the report will when it will update next.

  6. We're wondering if it's possible to create or utilize an existing report that we can send out via email on regular intervals that will show us the Fax usage by line? We're trying to decide if we need to keep all the Fax lines, and this data would be incredibly helpful in narrowing down the list.

  10. In the past, when a caller would reach an IVR and choose the option for the Dial By Name Directory, they were able to press 0 to return to the IVR menu and choose a different option. However, with the new next-generation call handling, when a caller presses zero, it directs them back to the beginning of the call flow if 'Follow incoming call routing selection' is selected for Zero Dialing at the site.   11. Please fix the functionality that prevents users with messaging enabled not being able to see the availability status of users who have messaging disabled. Currently if a user has messaging disabled via their role by disabling the check box for "Message tab shown in main navigation" anyone who does have messaging functionality CANNOT see their availability status, but the users who have messaging disabled are able to see the availability status of all users.

  12. Columns in the call logs of the we portal is fixed and cannot be changed. Hope there's a way to customize or arrange the columns reflected in the call logs.

  15. When calling into a conference call, the dialpad in the app will not accept the participant code. Have to use the pop-out dial pad for code to be accepted. Make it so participant code can be inputted from either place

  16. When added to an outside-of-company group team as a guest and when I search for a name to call from the dial pad, it also shows the guest contacts from the said team. It would be helpful to only show company contacts instead of guests for easy search.

  18. Is there a way to remove the On Hold Custom Music for Internal Users only? For example, if Sales Team are on a Teams Call and one of them puts the call on hold, then we all hear the On Hold Music. We only want that to play for Outside Callers like our customers, prospects, vendors, etc. Thank you.
