Customizing the column for the call logs
Columns in the call logs of the we portal is fixed and cannot be changed. Hope there's a way to customize or arrange the columns reflected in the call logs.

we have many phone users who are in the different departments. if there department column in the call log download report, we can easily sorted by depart to manage the report for each department managers.
