Currently, in the admin portal, when a customer selects “Verify Email Uniqueness”, the system checks whether the email is already associated with another extension. If the email is found to be in use, we’re given the option to edit and update the email on the existing extension to make it unique.
We would also like to have an additional option: when the system detects that the email is already linked to another extension, provide the ability to delete the previous account directly from this prompt.

Availability to make mutlple conference call
We have a customer who would like to do multiple conference calls. Since we can generate new host/participant codes and use them, they would like to add this fact to where we can have the Conference Feature Adjusted.
1) They can't send an invite because they don't personally use Outlook.
2) If it's capable of generating random host/participant codes, I should be able to schedule a conference call with a set, have that exist until it happens, while also being able to schedule a different conference call for another time.2 votes -

Include the Poly Voyager 4320 headset to the RingCentrals's recommended headset as it doesn't recognize on the RingCentral app and most of the Users are using this type of model in Poly. I think it's time to expand the supported headsets and update the support site:

Exported SMS Log Should Have the Inbound SMS Recipient Name
When you export SMS logs, while the recipient name always appears for inbound SMS on the Admin Portal, it is not showing on the exported file. It should' be consistent and it should always have the users' names.

Complete Handoff after the Call is Merged
I wanted to make sure that the customer and the other user is properly connected before I leave the call. Currently, when using the app, after I merged the call I cannot leave the line because all the line will get disconnected.
Please consider feature enhancement, Complete Transfer after merged calls.
