  2. This week (around March 4th, 2025), the desktop version of RC changed so I can no longer see the SMS history when sending a new text message. I want to be able to type in a number or contact name and see the history of the text thread instead of a blank window with nothing of the previous messages. Please switch it back!

  3. The Customer have multiple users (500) on the account, different sites with each call queues. The Customer wants to have an easier way in adding the custom rules per user.
    Currently, the User call handling template option does not include a custom rule.
    We've also checked User settings. There's no option to just include the Custom rule alone and when adding a rule, it does not include "Calling me at".

  4. Is there any way to disable the External Shared Contacts directory contacts to a group of users ? or i would like to use the External Shared Contacts directory from ringCentral Directory integration but not all of our users need it.
    so want to disable for certain users
    I need to add 60 users to my account , but want certain users will all contacts some users with no contacts , some with restrictions

  8. It would be beneficial to introduce a feature allowing users to delete multiple messages or entire chats simultaneously, rather than deleting them individually. This would save time, especially for users who need to clean up or manage their chat history more efficiently.

  10. Offer notes/notepad, tasks, files etc for the calls/ call log just like theyre available in the messages. Just copy it and make it available for calls

  12. Please find below the snapshot from the HUD section:

    1. Call highlighted in the RED rectangular box is showing an incoming call as it is still ringing and has not connected with any agent. Once this call is picked by any agent, it will show as an "active call" and will not display the direction of the call (incoming or outgoing).

    2. The call highlighted in the BLUE rectangular box is an active call with a call duration of 02 minutes 13 seconds. By looking at this HUD display, We cannot find out if the was incoming or outgoing.

  14. We would like to request the capability to utilize the click-to-dial feature across various browsers without the necessity of installing the RingCentral extensions. Implementing this would prevent the occurrence of dual dialers when calls are received through RingCentral sources.

  16. Currently on the RC App, deleting the Call Log entry may delete the recording, and vice versa. Our customer would like to keep the call recording but would like to delete call history on the RC App.

  18. I would like to have the ability to have multiple users punch in a code or similar so when the receptionist steps away, another (any) user can pickup an incoming call to the receptionist without having to wait for a queue.
