  4. Please add a checkbox option in the User Details -> Security menu to force the user to change their password on next successful login. This is a standard security feature of most services being managed at an enterprise level.

  7. SSO Report for users Enabled / Disabled.Account has SSO enforced on account but Super Admins have the ability to disable individual users to not use SSO. Customers would like a report that shows what users do not have SSO Enforced (Disabled).

  9. Right now the only way you can create a group with outside phone numbers is to do so from the RC portal. I want to be able to create a group in my desktop app, so I can send a text to the group from either of my apps.

  16. ... 2 extension can be added.. If the main company number is being dialed first 2 Extension will ring then on the 3rd and 4th Ring First 2 extension will continuously ring but Extension 3 and 4 should be added

  18. The current ring on the phone for a group call pick-up is very short. Is it possible to extend to a longer ring or multiple rings? While working in our work areas not paying attention to the desk phone a single ring is difficult to hear and an extended ring or multiple rings would be beneficial

Hello, A client reached out about the possibility of having the option to include the system speakers and mic to be added to the Speaker and microphone combination section in the desktop application. I called support and they mentioned that the option does not exist. If there is a way to add the system speakers and mic to the combination list, this would allow for a more efficient work process.

It would be nice to be able to select within our call rules to have for only internal users in our RingCentral account to come through normally, but all external callers route directly to voicemail. For example, when an employee dials the 4 digit extension, as oppose to when someone dials the full direct line number.
