  2. Poly supports pagination on their VVX 250 & VVX 350 models, which allows the activation of presence button pages. This would support a few pages of presence soft buttons without the need for an expansion module. While pagination can be activated locally on the phone it isn't functional without RingCentral writing additional presence lines into the configuration file. Additional presence lines should be added to the configuration file regardless of whether pagination is enabled, since the phone will still only show the number available and ignore those not supported- this change would allow companies to enable pagination on their phones…

  3. I suggest you have a more simplified version. Working from a cell phone there is to much information crammed into the screen. The chabot iterfears with workabilty. Button to disable chabot.

  5. Many customers use a call flow that allows a caller waiting to be answered in a call queue to press a digit 1 , digit 2 etc to redirect out of the call queue

Request: We need to be able to set separate default devices for the "phone" and the "video" functionalities of the MVP suite.------------------These users start a huddle type meeting at the start of the day and need to take other calls throughout the day. That being said, they must not leave the huddle at any point, and must not cut it's audio.   9. co-workers often request or state they need a phone or video call. It would be helpful to a record of made, or missed calls within a chat to confirm if that call had been made/attempted. The video and phone shortcuts are within this chat, just show me a time stamp of when they were used within the chat.

  10. It would be extremely useful to have a new user automatically added to existing user's HUD automatically. This would ensure that all users can quickly contact a new user and not have to worry about manually adding them.

  11. RingCetral number reflecting when being dialed then connects to call queue then being answerred by the external number, right now when we call our RingCentral number that was connected to call queue then being transferred to external number it still shows the caller phone number.

  15. Allow a custom field on call queues so that the call queues can be viewed/grouped by a common factor. Allow for the call queues to be grouped by the custom field. Example: Custom field could list the queue manager. Allow for a report to be created based on the queue manager entered in the custom field. Similarly, custom field could allow for grouping by region or district within a site.

  18. Want to have 2 rings if someone calling my main phone number. The settings that I have on the account now is 2 rings however if someone calling my main phone number I am getting 4 rings.

  19. It will be best to have the option to move messages to a certain folder but still store them in RC App. Example is for Voicemail- a super basic component of voicemail that's been around for at least 5+ years

I would like to understand if there is any report available in RC Analytics or on the backend that could show us the number of users who never logged into their RC app, potentially along with their RC desktop client software version.
