Enable syncing of contact/address book across all users
Allow the the super admin to sync their contacts to the other users to create a universal contact/address book for the company

I am baffled that yall are still a company that makes money. How did yall forget to add an option for a fax number. This is pathetic. We waited more than two YEARS for yall to implement this basic feature and yall forgot FAXING. HOW?????????????

really surprised this isn't an option already. adding contacts per agent is really time consuming and frustrating
we just integrated our RC w/ Zendesk and since the contact names arent the same it's making the integration messy -

it should have all contacts of iCloud option to be imported to ring central app, Also app sometimes loose wifi signal its self too even wifi connection strong. When someone answered call it should come up with answered elsewhere or answered by someone.

I know!!!! Right not you have to upload the contacts manually but if one user adds or updates a contact in his/her extension it will not update in the other extensions, maybe allow Admins or Super Admins to do this, this way it does not create discrepancies. But, definitely we need to be able to Sync across the extensions.

Customer wants to have all the contacts they are adding in one extension(101) to be syncronized with extension 102 without manually adding the phone number

What was delivered was the barest minimum sadly.
You cannot see the imported contacts to edit them, it is really intolerant of any spaces in your telephone numbers and MUST have the country code in all of them.
You have to keep manually updating them with a CSV! - not at all greatthe documentation is here:

Companies have a lot of shared contacts that are needed for their businesses to run.As of right now, the importing of contacts can only be done at the individual User level. As a Super Admin and the Primary service technician of the phone system for many customers, They are looking for me to "Just get it done" and do not want to be bothered doing it themselves. This causes issues when I have to go and log into each of the user's accounts to upload the CSV file.Having a central Directory that I, as the Super Admin, can upload these to and/or having the ability to upload them to the users from the Super Admin account would alleviate some of the burden.
